Southwestern Chicken Stew Recipe

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes with Mild Green Chilies
1 can (14.5 oz.) Chicken Broth
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen country vegetable blend
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
1/2 teaspoon each: "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste" , dried oregano leaves, salt and ground black pepper

Heat oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook for 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, broth, soup, vegetables, chicken, BBQ sauce and seasonings; simmer over medium heat until heated through.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 8 cups
