1 pound smoked sausage, cut diagonally in half-inch pieces
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes
1 cup frozen green peas
1 pkg.(1.2 oz.) turkey gravy mix
1 tsp "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles, cooked and kept warm
Brown sausage and mushrooms in hot oil until lightly browned.
Add and mix remaining ingredients except noodles; bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Simmer covered, 10 minutes. Divide noodles in serving bowls; top with sausage mixture.
