1 pkg chicken thighs
1 qt water1 onion, quartered
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
2 tsp salt
½ tsp hot red pepper flakes
1 tsp "The Best Hot Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
¾ tsp oregano
2 yellow crookneck squash, sliced
Directions:
Place all ingredients except squash and oregano into pot. Cook on low (200°) for 8 hours. Take chicken out of pot, let cool and cut into cubes. Turn heat to (300°) and add oregano and squash. Cook for 1 hour. Add chicken and heat.
