Fall Harvest Stew Recipe

10 Bratwurst, grilled and sliced
3 pounds red potatoes, cubed
1 pound carrots, peeled and chunked
3 onions, sliced
1 stalk celery, cut into 1" sections
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 cups beef stock (liquid)
1/4 cup coarse ground mustard
1 tsp "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"

salt and pepper to taste

Place beef stock and mustard into a large heavy pot. Add remaining ingredients making sure all are covered with liquid. Cook until vegetables are tender. Adjust seasoning to taste. Thicken and serve hot
