Chicken Vermicelli Soup Recipe

4 cups chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
½ cup coil vermicelli
1 T "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
4 egg yolks
½ pt heavy cream
4 oz grated Monterey Jack Cheese½ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

Heat broth, BBQ sauce and wine in crock pot on high 300°. When simmering drop in vermicelli. Cook al dente about 10 minutes. Beat yolks until thick and light in color. Beat in cream and cheeses. Ladle a spoonful of hot broth into egg mixture and blend. Slowly blend into broth in pot. Reduce heat to low 200°; stir occasionally until heated thoroughly.
