4 trout, heads removed, boned and butterflied
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tsp chives, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 T "The Best Hot Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sprinkle the fish on both sides with the salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Cover and let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Mix butter, chives, parsley, olive oil and barbeque sauce. Brush fish on both sides with the mixture and let stand, covered, for 30 minutes. Preheat grill. Grill fish until done and serve.
