Fiesta Pie Recipe

3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 large tomato, chopped
1 can (4 oz.)chopped green chilies, drained
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 T "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"

Beat eggs in large bowl; whisk in milk. Stir in stuffing mix, chicken, tomato, chilies, barbecue Sauce and green onions until well blended. Spoon into greased 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Cover loosely with wax paper.

Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly to completely, mix center and outside edges; smooth top. Cover.

Microwave, 4 minutes or until center is no longer wet. Let stand 5 minutes.
