Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe1 cup "The Best Teriyaki Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
2 T dry sherry
2 tsps cornstarch
2 packages chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic
2 packages oriental vegetables
1 lb small shell macaroni
1 red pepper
Blend teriyaki sauce, sherry and cornstarch in med size bowl. Stir in chicken. Heat 1 T oil for 30 seconds over high heat. Add garlic and stir fry for 1 minute. Add another T oil and heat. Add red pepper and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Transfer ingredients to a bowl and set aside. Heat remaining oil in skillet for 1 minute then add chicken mixture and stir fry for 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl with vegetables. Take 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add pasta; reduce heat and cook, uncovered for 10 minutes. Add ingredients in bowl and heat for 5 minutes.
