Tomato Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe

1 pound sirloin beef steak, cut into bite size strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
12 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups "The Best Barbeque Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups hot, cooked wide noodles

Brown beef in hot oil in two batches. Remove from skillet, set aside.

Add and mix vinegar and mushrooms to skillet; cook until liquid is almost evaporated. Add BBQ Sauce and reserved beef. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.

Simmer uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in sour cream. Serve over hot, cooked noodles.
