Beef & Rice Bake
1 lb round steak
2 T olive oil
2 T cornstarch
2 cans beef broth
1 med red pepper
5 scallions
3 T "The Best Teriyaki Sauce You'll Ever Taste"
4 cups dry minute rice
Cut steak into strips and brown in oil. Add cornstarch and mix. Add remaining ingredients (except rice) and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer till meat is tender. Stir in rice, remove from heat, cover and stand 5 minutes.
